Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect – MDM & Integration with strong expertise in Reltio MDM, Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), enterprise integration, data quality, databases, and AWS cloud services.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Reltio MDM and Reltio Integration Hub (RIH). The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable MDM and integration solutions, providing technical leadership, troubleshooting complex integration issues, and creating high-quality architecture and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Reltio MDM & Integration Hub (RIH)
- Design and implement enterprise Reltio MDM solutions across domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier, etc.
- Design and build complex RIH recipes for enterprise integration requirements.
- Develop real-time/event-driven and batch integrations using RIH.
- Integrate Reltio with upstream/downstream systems using REST APIs, files, databases, cloud services, ERP, CRM, analytics, and enterprise applications.
- Implement complex transformations, mappings, lookups, conditional logic, error handling, retries, and exception processing within RIH recipes.
- Design integrations supporting initial loads and incremental/delta processing.
- Debug and troubleshoot RIH recipes by analyzing execution logs, payloads, mappings, transformations, connector behavior, and API responses.
- Independently identify root causes and resolve production integration failures.
- Optimize RIH recipes for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Implement logging, monitoring, reconciliation, and failed-record reprocessing mechanisms.
MDM & Data Quality
- Design data models, relationships, hierarchies, crosswalks, match/merge, and survivorship strategies.
- Define data quality approaches covering validation, standardization, cleansing, matching, deduplication, and enrichment.
- Partner with business and data governance teams to translate data quality requirements into technical solutions.
- Analyze data quality issues and recommend appropriate remediation strategies.
- Establish and support data quality and governance frameworks to improve accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Integration & Solution Architecture
- Design end-to-end MDM and enterprise integration architectures.
- Define integration patterns using REST APIs, batch processing, event-driven architecture, ETL/ELT, and file-based integrations.
- Define data flows, payload structures, interface specifications, error handling, and reconciliation mechanisms.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and conduct architecture/design and technical reviews.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, scalability concerns, and integration challenges.
- Lead end-to-end Reltio MDM implementations and enterprise master data transformation initiatives.
AWS / Cloud
- Architect scalable MDM and integration solutions leveraging Reltio, REST APIs, and AWS services.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, S3, and Athena for cloud-native integration and analytics solutions.
Architecture & Documentation
- Author architecture roadmaps, technical specifications, solution diagrams, interface specifications, and technical documentation supporting enterprise-scale implementations.
- Provide technical leadership across solution design, Reltio configuration, RIH development, integration architecture, and production troubleshooting.
Mandatory Skills
- 12–15 years of overall IT/architecture experience.
- 4–5+ years of hands-on Reltio MDM experience – Mandatory.
- 4–5+ years of hands-on Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) experience – Mandatory.
- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise MDM solutions.
- Strong expertise in Reltio MDM data modeling, match/merge, survivorship, crosswalks, hierarchies, and data quality.
- Strong hands-on RIH recipe development, integration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Strong REST API and enterprise integration experience.
- Experience with real-time/event-driven and batch integrations.
- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT, file-based integrations, databases, data flows, and interface specifications.
- Strong AWS experience, particularly Lambda, S3, and Athena.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, analytics, and cloud platform integrations.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, cleansing, standardization, deduplication, matching, and enrichment.
- Excellent architecture documentation, technical leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work hands-on across solution architecture, Reltio configuration, RIH development, integration design, and production support.
