SAP S/4HANA Configuration & Master Data Lead

Required Experience

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Configuration Lead to lead the digital transformation activities including but not limited to design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA master and reference data used in the business processes. The role will work closely with business process owners, SAP functional workstreams, Data Migration, Enterprise Data Management, and technical teams to ensure the SAP ECC to S/4HANA solution is correctly configured and aligned with business requirements. The role will lead and drive the reference and configuration data required to support the S/4HANA implementation and ensure that configuration decisions are synchronized with data migration and master-data workstreams.

• 10 + years of SAP S/4 HANA experience, with significant hands-on large digital transformation programs as SI.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA master and reference data configuration and end-to-end implementation methodologies.
• Experience working across multiple SAP functional modules and understanding cross-module dependencies.
• Strong understanding of SAP organizational structures and reference data. Experience with ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation or brownfield/greenfield implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP master data and its relationship to configuration/reference data.
• Experience supporting data migration, mock loads, integration testing, cutover, and go-live.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integration points and upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Experience working in large, complex, global transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Experience
