The Role

• Lead a team of service technicians in the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including ADAS calibration.
• Take on the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning.
• Provide excellent customer service from order intake to vehicle handover, advising and supporting clients.
• Manage invoicing, customer payments, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders.
• Ensure quality assurance measures are implemented, conduct inventory management, and maintain audit-relevant standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, preferably with several years of experience as a master car mechanic, car mechatronics technician, car mechanic, or body shop technician.
• Willingness to complete the proficiency test or already hold the "Operations Manager (HWK)" qualification.
• A strong commitment to our company values and inclusivity.
• A valid driver's license (Class B), good German language skills, and PC proficiency for administrative tasks.
• Excellent customer service orientation and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and with a collaborative, trusting attitude.
