Senior Product Analyst – SAP SuccessFactors

Seeking a Senior Product Analyst / SAP SME with strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP Payroll, and ABAP. The candidate will drive requirements, solution design, configuration, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and production support while partnering with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as SME for SuccessFactors Employee Central and ECP/Payroll.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions.
• Handle configuration, integrations, testing, and deployment.
• Perform ABAP development, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Support SAP/SuccessFactors issues through Tier 2 support and RCA.
• Manage data validation, documentation, technical debt, and system improvements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.

Must-Haves:

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Strong hands-on experience
• ECP / SAP Payroll – Strong hands-on experience
• SAP ABAP – Strong development & debugging experience
• SAP HCM/Payroll business process knowledge
• SuccessFactors/SAP integration experience
• Requirements gathering, testing, RCA, and production support
• 7+ years of relevant experience
