The Role

• Oversee daily operations of the Corporate Accounting team.
• Manage key accounting areas including fixed assets, leases, cost accounting, freight, and cash.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Coach and develop team members, building a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Focus on strengthening internal controls and improving process efficiency.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• CPA designation.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 3+ years of proven leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Oracle G/L or similar systems is a plus.
