Pay Range: $75/hr - $85/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Help developers write software using GitHub Copilot and provide technical support for access, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Be an evangelist for GitHub, promoting its use across the Client development community.
• Develop a library of reusable prompts and skills, creating training decks and documentation to support developers.
• Assist in integrating coding assistants into daily software development activities, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to authentication, configuration, and unexpected behavior.
• Create and maintain technical content in various formats, including Markdown, YAML, and JSON.
• Deliver onboarding sessions, workshops, and targeted coaching to enhance developer proficiency with GitHub Copilot.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, developer tooling, or a related technical discipline.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of GitHub, Git workflows, and repository administration.
• Proven experience with GitHub Copilot or comparable AI coding assistants in professional software development.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across applications, IDEs, and cloud services.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with Azure cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working on Scrum teams.
• Background in developing reusable technical assets and high-quality documentation.
