Manager Outpatient Rehabilitation

Responsible and accountable for the operational, financial, and clinical management of Outpatient Rehabilitation Services, including Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP). Provides leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and achievement of departmental goals related to quality, safety, patient experience, access, productivity, financial performance, and employee engagement. Collaborates with physicians, clinical leaders, administrative partners, referral sources, and community stakeholders to support service excellence, workforce development, program growth, and continuous improvement across the rehabilitation continuum. Promotes patient safety, regulatory compliance, and Family Centered Care principles in all aspects of service delivery. Patients of all ages served.

SCHEDULE:

• Full time | 80 hours every 2 weeks | Onsite
• Days | Various shift during clinic hours
• Clinic hours Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm and Friday 7am-4:30pm.
• No nights, weekends, or holidays!

PAY & BENEFITS:

• Starting pay begins at $108,305.60 per year and increases with experience
  • Salary range: $108,305.60-162,448.00 per year

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Clinical related fields required. (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech and Language Pathology)
• 5 years Professional clinical work experience, preferably in an outpatient rehab treatment setting required.
• 2 years formal leadership in a lead or supervisor role
• Licensed or certified in area of specialty by the Minnesota or National Board Required
• Professional membership.
