Company Description We are a growing Chartered Accountancy firm providing Accounting, Taxation, Audit, GST, and Advisory services to clients across India and overseas. We are expanding our Offshore Bookkeeping and Accounting Outsourcing division to serve CPA firms, accounting firms, and businesses in the USA, UK, Australia, and other international markets.


We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify opportunities, generate leads, build relationships, and drive business growth for our offshore accounting services


Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, and promote the firm's services to target markets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and executing business development plans, preparing proposals, coordinating client meetings, and collaborating with partners to refine service offerings. The role also involves tracking sales and pipeline metrics, providing regular reports, and supporting branding and outreach activities such as networking events, presentations, and professional forums.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building.
  • Knowledge of professional services or financial/consulting domains; familiarity with chartered accountancy services is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain services clearly and negotiate effectively.
  • Solid analytical and research skills to assess markets, identify opportunities, and support strategic planning.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or similar postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  • Prior experience in business development, client relationship management, or sales in a professional services environment preferred.
  • Comfort with basic office software and CRM tools, and the ability to prepare professional reports and proposals.
