The Opportunity

The Ambassador Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation, and performance of assigned ambassador, influencer, streamer, and creator partnerships.
The role is focused on ensuring partners deliver what has been agreed, partner content is reviewed and improved in real time, promotional campaigns are executed properly, performance issues are identified and addressed quickly, and the partner roster grows through the sourcing and onboarding of new ambassadors, streamers, and creators.
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned ambassadors, influencers, streamers, and creator partners, managing communication, feedback, and performance-focused partner management.

• Source and evaluate new ambassador, streamer, and creator opportunities, supporting negotiation and onboarding through to launch.

• Track partner deliverables, campaign activity, and posting schedules, ensuring partners meet contractual obligations, and review partner content in real time across relevant platforms.

• Develop and coordinate promotional campaigns for partner audiences, working closely with the CRM, marketing, PRM, and affiliate teams.

• Coordinate with partners to brief and collect content assets required for campaigns and promotional activity.

• Submit monthly partner performance reports and end-of-month invoice reviews, flagging missed or incomplete deliverables to management.

• Support partner renewals and new ambassador launches, and mentor Junior Ambassador Managers.

• Monitor high-performing creator content and engagement trends across the industry, sharing findings with the team.
  

Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience:

• Strong understanding of poker rules, terminology, and community dynamics.

• Proven experience managing influencer, streamer, ambassador, or creator relationships from onboarding to monthly execution.

• Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with a track record of tracking complex deliverables, schedules, and campaign activity simultaneously.

• High level of accuracy when auditing partner content, verifying promotional compliance, tracking deliverables, and reviewing monthly invoices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Natural ability or experience in guiding, mentoring, and supporting junior team members.

• Ability to analyse campaign activity and audience engagement metrics to optimise partner content and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
