Job Summary

UST Global is seeking an experienced GenAI Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise Generative AI initiatives for Applied Materials. This role combines technical leadership, AI solution architecture, and project/program management, requiring hands-on expertise in LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and Microsoft Copilot Studio while managing cross-functional engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML development, Python, and enterprise automation, with proven experience delivering production-grade GenAI solutions from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Leadership

• Lead end-to-end execution of Generative AI projects across multiple business functions.
• Define project scope, roadmap, milestones, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate engineering, product, data science, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Monitor project health, resource allocation, dependencies, and budget adherence.

Generative AI Solution Development

• Architect and oversee enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and external knowledge sources.
• Design intelligent AI assistants and autonomous agents powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Guide implementation of document ingestion, chunking, embedding generation, semantic search, and retrieval pipelines.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready GenAI architectures.

AI Agent & Copilot Development

• Design advanced Microsoft Copilot Studio agents for enterprise business processes.
• Develop custom plugins, AI skills, and enterprise connectors.
• Implement contextual memory management and dynamic prompt engineering.
• Build multi-turn conversational agents capable of adaptive reasoning and workflow execution.
• Configure webhook, scheduled, message, and data-driven triggers.

Data & AI Engineering

• Oversee data preprocessing, cleansing, labeling, augmentation, and synthetic data generation.
• Ensure high-quality datasets for training and evaluating generative AI models.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to establish scalable AI data pipelines.
• Drive model evaluation, optimization, and continuous improvement strategies.

Automation & Enterprise Integration

• Design intelligent workflows using Power Automate.
• Integrate enterprise applications through Microsoft Copilot connectors and APIs.
• Automate repetitive business processes using AI-driven orchestration.
• Ensure secure handling of enterprise data and compliance with governance standards.

Required Technical Skills

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years managing AI/ML or Generative AI projects.
• Strong hands-on programming experience in Python.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise GenAI solutions using LLMs.
• Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures.
• Expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure OpenAI or enterprise LLM platforms.
• Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search technologies.
• Experience building multi-modal AI applications.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
