We are looking for an experienced Infios (Körber WMS) Consultant to join our growing Supply Chain practice. If you have strong experience implementing or supporting Körber WMS (formerly HighJump, now Infios) and enjoy solving complex warehouse management challenges, we''d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Infios (Körber WMS) solutions for enterprise warehouse operations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable WMS solutions.
• Configure warehouse processes including:
• Inbound & Receiving
• Putaway
• Inventory Management
• Replenishment
• Picking
• Packing
• Shipping
• Cycle Counting
• Participate in solution design workshops and recommend best practices.
• Work closely with business users, solution architects, developers, and integration teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and hypercare activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Create functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.
• Provide production support and continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting Infios (Körber WMS / HighJump WMS).
• Strong functional understanding of warehouse management processes.
• Experience in WMS configuration and solution design.
• Experience participating in at least one end-to-end WMS implementation.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Körber WMS with ERP, OMS, TMS, or automation systems.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with RF devices, barcode scanning, and warehouse automation.
• Retail, eCommerce, or distribution industry experience.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
