Contact Center Architect (Healthcare & Cloud Telephony)

Introduction:

The Contact Center Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing contact center solutions for healthcare organizations utilizing cloud telephony technology. They will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure that the contact center meets the specific needs and requirements of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud telephony technology
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to gather requirements and design contact center architecture

Requirements:
