London: Hybrid 3 days per week on-site

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000


About the Company & Role


Our client is a successful international business seeking an experienced Global Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead and develop its reward agenda.


Reporting into the senior HR leadership team, this standalone role will oversee global compensation, benefits and mobility programmes, ensuring they remain competitive, commercially effective and aligned with business objectives. The position offers significant exposure across international markets and the opportunity to influence key people decisions at a strategic level.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the delivery and ongoing enhancement of global reward programmes, including salary structures, bonus schemes, benefits and mobility policies.
  • Manage annual compensation and bonus review cycles, ensuring consistency, efficiency and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking, providing insight and recommendations to support talent attraction and retention.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to develop reward solutions for new locations, organisational growth and evolving workforce needs.
  • Manage external reward and benefits providers, ensuring strong governance, service delivery and cost effectiveness.
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory developments, ensuring reward practices remain compliant and aligned to best practice.


Candidate Profile & Experience


  • Degree educated, ideally in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience within a global or international Compensation & Benefits role in a commercial or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, incentives, benefits and mobility programmes.
  • Highly analytical with strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using HR systems, ideally Workday or similar platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of operating both strategically and hands-on within a standalone remit.
  • Able to build effective relationships across all levels of an international organisation.
