Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering/architecture with ownership of production systems.
• Deep expertise in C#/.NET, designing scalable APIs, services, and integration-heavy applications across databases, APIs, file formats, and legacy systems.
• Experience with cloud environments, modern deployment practices (containers/orchestration preferred).

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting AI-enabled applications, including LLM integrations, orchestration workflows, and reliability patterns; exposure to Python and AI/ML technologies.
• Familiarity with on-prem/air-gapped deployments, SOC 2/HIPAA compliance, and real-time processing in energy, industrial, or financial services environments.
