Job Description We are looking for an experience and knowledgable retail specialist to join our Mareeba store, supporting our customers in a range of areas including Paint, Power Tools and Power Garden. If you have a desire to learn and possess strong customer service skills, then you will be offered the opportunity to work in a role where you learn a variety of tasks that give you the scope to develop your skills and start a career within the Sunshine group.

The role:

Processing of customer sales

Maintain store standards

Customer Service proactively approach customers in store and engaging with customers, providing expert advice on products

Champion the various retail departments, proactively identifying and implementing solutions to boost sales

Attend supplier training to grow your knowledge of all hardware products.

Work with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions, using your knowledge of products you will take a full approach to selling.

Ideally you will have/be:

Knowledge and understanding of the Hardware & Building sector

Self-motivated with a strong team focus.

Loads of energy, proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude

Team player who will help the team achieve sales targets
