Position: Agile Automation Functional Tester

Location: Grand Rapids, MI (onsite)

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

• 7-8 years of experience as an Agile Automation Functional Tester on E2E.
• Experience on E2E testing activities – driving test activities, summarizing & sharing test reports to stakeholders etc.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java/ Python, playwright,
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools including Robot Framework, Selenium
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of software architecture and API technologies
• Must have used AI tools for creating agents and implemented in integration with the test automation.
• Knowledge on Microsoft Azure components – Azure apps, cosmos DB etc.
• Extensive experience in API testing and validation
• Proven expertise in database testing using SQL Server
• Strong hands-on experience working in Agile environments
• Test Management using Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools.
• Good to have - Kubernetes, Dockers and Containers, Red hat OpenShift
• Good to have – Knowledge on Retail applications

Core Responsibilities & Expertise:

• Lead team for delivery and ensuring to meet tight timelines.
  Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and scripts
  Review application code to ensure testability and long-term maintainability
  Analyze, debug, and identify root causes of issues across test and production environments
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Product Managers, and DevOps engineers.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
