The Role • Define and execute the AI strategy for Lead to Cash capabilities, including product development plans and budget allocation. • Identify opportunities for AI implementation across Sales, Finance, and Operations to streamline workflows and improve decision-making. • Lead the development of AI-powered tools for quoting, contracting, order management, billing, and collections. • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to understand process needs and develop AI solutions that accelerate revenue cycles. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and ROI of AI implementations in Lead to Cash. • Foster relationships with AI vendors and technology partners to integrate cutting-edge capabilities.
