HR Business Partner Senior HR Advisor Human Resources Business Partner

Thornbury 47,000 per annum + 5,500 car allowance Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Full-time


Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced and dynamic organisation in Thornbury.

Reporting into the senior HR team, you will provide expert HR support across multiple departments, partnering with managers to deliver effective people solutions and support business objectives.

This is a varied HR role covering employee relations, recruitment, coaching and supporting managers, engagement initiatives, workforce planning and HR projects. You will also play an important role in ensuring compliance with current employment legislation.

The successful candidate will be confident managing complex HR matters while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.


Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

  • 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

  • Flexibility is required to support managers and employees working across a variety of shift patterns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Providing expert HR support across multiple departments.

  • Partnering with managers to deliver effective people solutions and support business objectives.

  • Managing employee relations matters, including complex HR cases.

  • Supporting recruitment activities and workforce planning.

  • Coaching and advising managers on HR matters.

  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.

  • Ensuring compliance with current UK employment legislation and HR best practice.

  • Building strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.


Requirements

  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

  • Experience managing employee relations cases.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and influence at all levels.

  • CIPD qualification desirable.
