Epic HIM Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Epic HIM (Health Information Management) Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Epic HIM applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with medical records management, document workflows, chart completion, and healthcare information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and support Epic HIM applications and workflows.

• Support medical record management, chart completion, deficiency tracking, and document imaging.

• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to improve HIM processes.

• Troubleshoot application issues and provide end-user support.

• Participate in system upgrades, testing, implementations, and workflow optimization.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, documentation standards, and data privacy requirements.

• Develop and maintain application documentation and provide user training.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Epic HIM applications.

• Knowledge of health information management workflows and medical records.

• Experience with Epic implementation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Epic HIM certification is preferred.
