Description
Join our team in Bellaire, TX as a Senior Applications Analyst in a full-time capacity. 
This role involves supporting and training customers and junior analysts, enhancing system efficiencies, and managing IT-related issues. 
A strong background in technology and experience in large-scale system environments are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Assist and mentor junior analysts and customers to enhance operational efficiencies.
Manage and troubleshoot IT issues and oversee change management processes.
Provide high-level application administration and ensure quality delivery.
Facilitate team meetings and serve as a role model within the team.
Implement project management methodologies to achieve project goals.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Five years of experience in IT, clinical, or business workflow environments.
Proficiency in English for effective communication and documentation.
Expertise in troubleshooting and providing technical solutions.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
