Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes to install, troubleshoot, and repair devices such as computers, smart home devices, and televisions.
• Provide clear, friendly, and constructive guidance and advice to enhance customers' everyday tech usage.
• Resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on the use and benefits of their technology to improve their user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and solutions to better serve the customers.
• Work closely with the support team to document troubleshooting processes and tech solutions.

Required Skills
