We are hiring for an impact-driven organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We partner with schools and local authorities to provide crucial support, fostering a community committed to positive change.

The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, planning and delivering trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Work with children and young people who have a range of needs including MLD, SLD, and PMLD.
• Plan and report on lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
• Contribute to a mission of raising the standard of education for vulnerable learners.
• Engage with a child-centred company dedicated to reimagining support for young people.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed).
• Right to work in the UK.
