The Role

• Operation, monitoring, and control of production facilities for plastic product manufacturing
• Ensuring smooth production flow while adhering to quality standards
• Performing maintenance and repair work on machinery
• Analyzing and resolving malfunctions and issues
• Compliance with occupational safety regulations and quality guidelines

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator, Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber Technology, or a comparable qualification
• Experience operating production facilities, preferably in plastics processing
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Willingness to work shifts
• Team player, reliable, and proactive
