The Role • Prepare construction machinery and equipment for rental operations. • Conduct check-out and check-in procedures for rental equipment, including customer instruction. • Perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and reconditioning of machinery and equipment. • Execute safety inspections (e.g., UVV) and ensure compliance. • Address damage to equipment and perform necessary repairs in workshop or on-site. • Maintain workshop cleanliness and orderliness of the rental station premises. What You'll Need • Completed technical or vocational training in mechanics, mechatronics, hydraulics, vehicle technology, or a related field. • Strong sense of responsibility, demonstrating reliability and precision in all tasks. • Hands-on attitude, with a proactive approach and strong teamwork skills. • Ability to professionally advise and instruct customers on equipment operation. • Valid driver's license (minimum Class B). • Proficiency in using PCs and smartphones for communication and work documentation.
