The Team

• Sits within the Business Planning and Analytics, Digital Commerce Team
• Work across EMEA and 74 different markets
• Supporting delivering insights, reporting and advanced analytics to drive business decision and support optimizing the digital customer journey, customer services, and performance marketing
• Look at everything from when a customer lands on the website to the end of the process
• Big emphasis from the team on data storytelling - not just churning out reports, self-serve analytics
• Have self-serve reporting suite - more ad-hoc analysis

Role and Responsibilities

• Analyse digital and e-commerce data across EMEA markets.
• Use SQL, Adobe Analytics and web analytics to understand customer behaviour.
• Analyse customer journeys and on-site activity to identify opportunities.
• Support performance marketing and attribution analysis.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting across the Digital team.
• Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Partner with the Customer Journey team on A/B testing and experimentation.
• Support web analytics QA, including tagging and tracking validation.
• Bring together data from different sources, including marketing, customer and inventory data.
• Help develop the reporting environment as the team moves towards Databricks and Power BI.

Profile

• Need strong SQL and Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Power BI ideally
• Retail background - or need to be from an environment really strong with customer journeys and think about how a customer behaves
• Ideally 2+ years of experience
