Job Description

Please note that this is a 4 Months Contract position and is Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office in Raritan, NJ. No H-1B or Corp to Corp.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor''''''''s or Master''''''''s degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Simio.
Working knowledge of Databricks, SQL, and data analysis workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with Python, process optimization, digital twins, or manufacturing systems analysis.
Familiarity with cloud-based analytics and data engineering practices

Key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Simio models for manufacturing, supply chain, or operational processes.
Analyze simulation results to identify bottlenecks, optimize resource utilization, and support business decisions.
Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL and Databricks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define simulation requirements and translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
Prepare technical reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
