Supervisor, Operations

Position Overview:

The Supervisor, Operations is responsible for facilitating the change-over configurations on the arena floor and concourse for specified events, working with various crews from diverse productions on events, and maintaining equipment and storage spaces for the efficient operation of the EagleBank Arena.

Responsibilities:

• Complete physical changeovers of the arena facilities for all events. Including assembly & disassembly of the basketball floor, building stages, and handling of concert equipment.
• Lead work groups during conversion, changeover, chair set, assembly & disassembly of the basketball floor, building stages, and other tasks as assigned.
• Arrange arena facilities for exhibitions, conventions, sports events, concerts and other entertainment.
• Arrange conference rooms for meetings, classes, and other functions.
• Serve as Operations Labor Steward for events working with multiple labor pools to ensure proper assignments and accurate work hour tracking on department forms.
• Load and unload supplies, materials, performance equipment.
• Set up chairs, risers, tables, dance floors and show equipment before, during and after events.
• Operate motorized equipment (i.e. forklift) on an as needed basis.
• Handle tools and equipment in a safe manner at all times.
• Adhere to all safety standards at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of semi-skilled labor or related experience.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
• Commit and adhere to work schedule of event call.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay Range: $60k - 61k USD.
