The Role

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Provide exceptional customer service on every call
• Collaborate with a strong leadership network for support and guidance
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and safety in all tasks
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential HVAC service and repair
• Valid EPA certification or ability to obtain one
• A current driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Physical capability to work in various environments, including attics and crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment
