Senior IT Project Manager (Texas HHS, PMP, Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps) - $122 CTC - HYBRID (CURRENT LOCALS ONLY)

Location Requirement:  The primary work location will be 701 W 51st St, Austin, TX 78751.

Position will be 2 days remote with 3 days (manager’s decision of required days on site) required to be onsite at the location listed above. Program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates for this position.

Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas.

8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization or Scrum Master a plus.

Project managers are the people in charge of a specific project or projects within a company. As the project manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Project managers might work by themselves or be in charge of a team to get the job done. roject Management Professional (PMP) certification is required and should be noted on the resume. Proof of certification may be requested.

Seasoned project manager with direct experiences with Texas HHS.

 Required Skills: 

• Information Technology Project Management with PMP certification
• Agile Scrum Methodology and/or SAFe
• Preparation of project budgets
• Management of technical software development staff
• Management of customer-oriented Integrated Product Team
• Knowledge of business analysis, business process mapping and requirements documentation for Health Care Insurance Systems similar to CMBHS
• Utilization of Azure DevOps
• Experience in management of User Acceptance Testing
• In PPM systems

• Preparation of formal Business Case and Project Charter
