They are seeking a highly analytical professional to contribute to critical defense missions.

The Role

• Analyze the technical capabilities of the chemical processing and manufacturing industries.
• Evaluate the readiness and oversee investments in the defense industrial base.
• Recommend policy-driven solutions and participate in senior executive engagements.
• Develop reporting tools to assess investments and their resulting capabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor, identifying and evaluating complex systems, policies, and processes.
• Assist in project management for defense industrial base initiatives.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in the DoW chemical or propulsion industrial base, acquisition enterprise, or management of chemical and propulsion systems development supporting missiles, munitions, or hypersonic munitions.
• 3+ years of experience supporting acquisition programs or operations for weapon capabilities.
• Experience developing and evaluating acquisition strategies, program baselines, risk reduction plans, or investment plans.
• Experience reviewing federal budgets and appropriations acts for relevant provisions.
• A Secret clearance.
• A Bachelor's degree.
