JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying web-based applications using  technologies and creation of services to support those applications. As an  Web and services developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs and enhance user experience.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain web applications using  MVC,  Core, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and other related technologies.

Develop and maintain services built for AKS using C#.

Design, create, and maintain SQL database schemas.

Troubleshoot and support all deployed software, resolving issues and errors and improving performance and security as needed in a timely manner.

Using appropriate technology capabilities, designs, writes, tests, debugs and documents new and modified processes.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Adhere to and enforce all company standards related to software development including security, performance, and resiliency standards.

Contribute to and promote the continuous improvement of all software development practices. Engage in continuous improvement of one's own skill set, both technical and non-technical

Maintain an understanding of software development industry trends and best practices and promote their introduction to the company as applicable.

Develop a solid understanding of the company business domain and apply this understanding to all software development activities

Comply with all company policies and procedures and governmental regulatory mandates.

Work Experience

At least 8+ years of experience in software development.

Proven experience in web development using  MVC or  Core.

Experience in services development with C#, microservices, AKS, and cloud technology.

Proficiency in C#, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related web technologies.

Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server.

Familiarity with Azure Cloud Platform.

Familiarity with retrieval augmented generation techniques for developers.

Familiarity with AI Search is a plus.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
