The Role

• Support with budget planning and market analysis.
• Assist in creating monthly management reports.
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of strategic measures.
• Analyze processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Choose from five specialization options: Accounting & Controlling, Tax Consulting, Social Management, Retail Management, or Logistics Management from the 3rd semester onwards.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) university entrance qualification or a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency (B2 level).
• Strong mathematical understanding and analytical skills.
• Logical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good English language skills.
