About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to join the Cyber AI Policy and Domain Governance team within Cybersecurity Governance and Information Protection.
In this role, you will help develop, implement, and operationalize cybersecurity governance across Artificial Intelligence and Cloud technologies. You will contribute to the advancement of the AI Security Governance Framework, support governance of the Cloud Control Framework (CCF), and help maintain cybersecurity policies and controls as AI and cloud technologies continue to evolve.
You will partner with AI Security Governance and Cloud leadership, cybersecurity subject matter experts, and risk and control stakeholders to translate security requirements into effective governance practices. You will also support regulatory and framework alignment, risk management, executive reporting, and audit readiness.
This is an opportunity for an experienced cybersecurity professional to help shape how AI and Cloud security risks are governed within a highly regulated financial services environment.
What You'll Do

• Support the implementation and ongoing operationalization of the AI Security Governance Framework.
• Align AI and Cloud security governance activities with strategic and transformational cybersecurity objectives.
• Assess AI-specific cybersecurity risks, security requirements, controls, and guardrails.
• Support governance activities associated with AI regulatory requirements and industry frameworks, including the NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF).
• Review and maintain the Cloud Control Framework (CCF) as cloud technologies, industry practices, regulatory expectations, and threat landscapes evolve.
• Evaluate cybersecurity policies, standards, controls, and processes and recommend enhancements related to AI and Cloud security.
• Support Cloud Security Policy and control improvement initiatives across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Evaluate AI and Cloud security tooling and capability coverage to identify potential gaps related to emerging threats and technology changes.
• Analyze and document Cloud Security Risk Observations resulting from internal assessments, external reviews, and CCF validation activities.
• Track risk observations through disposition and remediation, including supporting evidence and documentation.
• Coordinate governance deliverables and drive timely execution across multiple cybersecurity initiatives.
• Develop and maintain audit-ready documentation, including governance artifacts, risk documentation, control evidence, and executive reporting packages.
• Partner with cybersecurity leaders, subject matter experts, risk teams, control partners, peers, and managers to resolve issues and achieve program objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, and/or Cloud Security, demonstrated through professional experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination thereof.
• 1+ years of experience assessing, implementing, or governing AI security requirements or controls.
• Experience with AI-specific security risks or practices, such as:
  • Prompt injection
  • Model attacks
  • Data poisoning
  • Adversarial threats
  • Secure AI development practices
  • AI security or control frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience within Information Security or Cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry, with an understanding of regulatory and risk-management environments.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Knowledge of AI cybersecurity risks, including:
  • Adversarial attacks
  • Model inversion
  • Data poisoning
  • Prompt injection
• Knowledge of the NIST AI RMF and emerging AI, Cloud, cybersecurity, regulatory, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with industry frameworks and authoritative sources such as COBIT, FedRAMP, FFIEC, ISO, MITRE, NIST, and CRI.
• Understanding of Cloud Security principles and practices, including:
  • Shared responsibility models
  • Continuous secure-configuration enforcement
  • Infrastructure as Code
  • Policy as Code
  • Public, private, and hybrid cloud security
• Experience evaluating cybersecurity policies, standards, controls, risk observations, and supporting evidence.
• Experience creating governance documentation and maintaining materials suitable for regulatory, risk, compliance, or audit reviews.
• One or more relevant professional certifications, such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CGEIT.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with consistent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work within established deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop recommendations and present complex cybersecurity topics to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

A successful candidate will combine hands-on cybersecurity knowledge with strong governance and risk-management capabilities. You should be comfortable translating emerging AI and Cloud security risks into practical policies, controls, governance processes, and executive-level recommendations.
You will be particularly successful in this position if you can operate effectively across technical, risk, compliance, and leadership teams while maintaining clear, accurate, and audit-ready documentation.
