Recruitment Coordinator

We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and help us find, attract, and keep the best talent in our salons. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who's passionate about people, social media, and hairdressing culture, and who wants to make a real, visible impact on how we hire and retain great stylists.

You'll be the driving force behind proactive talent attraction, championing our employer brand, and supporting the wider employee experience,  from first DM to exit interview.

What You'll Be Doing

Talent Attraction & Recruitment:

• Sourcing talented stylists via Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Developing local recruitment marketing ideas for salons that are struggling to hire
• Posting and cross-checking niche hairdressing job boards alongside mainstream sites
• Building and maintaining a standing talent pool of strong past candidates to speed up future vacancies

Employer Brand & Reputation:

• Driving reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed
• Spotting and sharing effective recruitment social media trends with the Marketing team
• Promoting a consistent employer brand across all channels

Employee Insight & Lifecycle:

• Conducting exit interviews with leavers to capture insight and feedback
• Tracking probation reviews for salon employees, chasing where needed

What You'll Bring

• A genuine interest in recruitment, talent attraction, or HR
• Comfortable and confident using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Strong written communication skills and an eye for detail
• A proactive, organised approach, you're happy headhunting rather than waiting for applications to land
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support salons
