Recruiting Specialist

Hiring Drivers Now is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to match CDL and non-CDL drivers with carriers nationwide. Responsibilities

• Source and recruit CDL and non-CDL truck drivers nationwide using online tools and databases
• Create, optimize, and manage job postings across the Hiring Drivers Now platform and partner sites
• Screen applicants, evaluate qualifications, and match drivers to carrier requirements and routes
• Coordinate closely with transportation employers to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Provide responsive, helpful support to drivers throughout the application and placement process
• Track recruiting metrics and performance data to improve fill rates and time-to-hire
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in ATS/CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal team members to refine recruiting strategies and processes
