The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Actively participate in stocking, product presentation, baking, and operating modern checkout systems.
• Support store management by leading shifts, coordinating tasks, and implementing store concepts.
• Handle inventory, cleaning, and stocktaking duties.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar sector, with some leadership experience (e.g., shift lead) is preferred.
• A team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to inspire others.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts as agreed upon with management.
