Prescient Edge is seeking a Training and Development Specialist II to support a Federal Government client. Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award. Job Requirements Desired experiences : * 6 years' experience. * Supports planning, coordination, and execution of MARCENT exercises; conducts after-action reviews; provides analytical support for training plans and readiness assessments. * Experience with military training/exercise planning; understanding of the JELC process; ability to develop AARs and training analysis reports. Desired education: * High School Diploma Security Clearance: * Security clearance required SECRET. Location: * Tampa, FL.
