The Role • Pick and pack an average of 150 orders per shift in a high-tech warehouse environment. • Utilize a "product-to-person" system, focusing on filling bins and quality control. • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work floor in collaboration with colleagues. • Ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders for thousands of customers. • Work within a structured shift system, contributing to the smooth operation of the warehouse. What You'll Need • Be at least 18 years old. • Possess the physical fitness required for manual tasks. • Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn new skills. • Have a basic understanding of Dutch or English. • Be available to work between 24-40 hours per week, with flexibility for morning or evening shifts. • Hold a valid EU identification or work permit.
