Software Test Specialist

• Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements to define comprehensive test strategies and test scenarios.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test execution schedules.
• Estimate testing effort, identify risks, and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-focused feedback.
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and Regression Testing
• Execute manual and automated test cases.
• Validate business processes, interfaces, APIs, and data flows.
• Ensure testing activities are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, Project Managers, and Operations teams.
• Provide regular status updates and testing progress reports.
• Participate in project planning, sprint ceremonies, and release activities

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent.
• Advanced testing certifications are desirable
