Soccer Stars and Amazing Athletes in Bucksmont and Main Line areas of Philadelphia is looking for energetic, dependable, and engaging part-time coaches to lead soccer and multi-sport programs for children ages 1–12.

This is a great opportunity for coaches, athletes, teachers, college students, camp counselors, and anyone who loves working with kids and wants a fun, active part-time job.

About Us

For more than 20 years, Soccer Stars and Amazing Athletes have helped children build confidence, coordination, athletic skills, teamwork, and a lifelong love of movement.

Our programs use positive reinforcement, creative themes, and game-based learning to make sports fun and engaging for children of all ability levels.

We offer year-round programs at schools, preschools, parks, recreation centers, and community locations throughout Bucks County, Montgomery County, the Main Line areas of Philadelphia.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead fun, high-energy soccer and/or multi-sport classes and camps.
  • Teach age-appropriate sports skills, coordination, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
  • Follow our structured curriculum and lesson plans.
  • Create a positive, safe, and encouraging environment.
  • Keep children engaged through games, activities, and creative themes.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and partner locations.
  • Deliver an outstanding experience every class.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t have to be a professional athlete. Personality, reliability, confidence, and the ability to connect with kids are extremely important to us.

Ideal candidates have experience working with children as a coach, teacher, camp counselor, childcare provider, recreation leader, athlete, or in a similar role. Experience playing or coaching soccer or other sports is required.

Schedule & Availability

  • Able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule for our 10–12 week seasons.
  • Must have availability for at least one weekend day each week.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
  • Comfortable traveling to different program locations, typically up to 30–40 minutes one way.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills in English.
  • Enthusiastic, dependable, professional, and comfortable leading groups of children.
