The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location.
• Perform a variety of services including routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock and complete necessary reporting for each service visit.
• Represent the company with pride, providing excellent customer service and advice.
• Adapt to a dynamic role with a different range of challenges and customer interactions daily.
• Operate independently, making informed decisions for each unique service situation.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• The ability to work independently and make sound judgments on the go.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and vehicle diagnostics.
