The Role

• Plan and manage individual and group activities for residents.
• Organize festive events, gatherings, and excursions.
• Oversee biographical information collection during resident admissions.
• Develop and implement care concepts and strategies.
• Lead, motivate, and support the professional development of team members.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in elderly care or general nursing.
• Several years of experience in organizing and conducting care activities, with a focus on individuals with mental health conditions.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• A genuine passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• Strong social motivation, empathy, and leadership skills.
• Confident demeanor with excellent communication abilities.
