Job Description

Location: Fully Remote (UK)
Salary: Up to £70,000 DOE + Benefits.

As a Founding Software Engineer, you'll work across the full technology stack, helping transform a validated prototype into an enterprise-ready product. From UI and infrastructure to simulation engines and deployment architecture, you'll have significant influence over technical decisions, platform strategy and product direction.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and a first-principles approach to problem solving.
  • Degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a similarly quantitative discipline.
  • Experience delivering software for enterprise-scale customers.
  • Ability to learn complex technical domains quickly and work autonomously.
  • Comfortable working across multiple languages, frameworks and technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Product and UX experience, particularly for technical or engineering-focused tools.
  • Exposure to scientific computing, optimisation, computational geometry, or simulation software.
