The Role • Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations for unique, high-demand roofing solutions. • Utilize innovative software for precise property measurements and assessments. • Perform ladder or attic inspections to assess potential damage. • Negotiate and close deals, focusing on meeting homeowner needs. • Begin the day with team meetings for strategy and preparation. • Attend pre-confirmed appointments scheduled for afternoons and evenings. What You'll Need • No prior sales or construction experience necessary; full training is provided. • Availability to work midday, evening, and weekend appointments. • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance. • Ability to travel to and from in-home sales appointments. • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
