Senior Plant Human Resources Manager - Manufacturing

Nestlé is seeking a Senior Factory HR Manager to lead HR for our manufacturing site at Nestl. In this role, you will partner with plant leadership to align people strategy with production goals, oversee staffing for hourly and salaried roles, and manage employee relations and compliance. You will drive performance management, learning, and succession planning while promoting safety, wellbeing, and an inclusive culture. Working in a collaborative, global environment, you'll help build a high-performing workforce that supports Nestlé's commitment to quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with factory leadership to align HR strategy with production and business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention for plant roles at all levels.
• Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and labor compliance for the site.
• Drive performance management, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and change management in the factory environment.
• Use HR metrics to improve engagement, turnover, and workforce productivity.
• Champion safety, wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion in the plant workforce.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company standards, and health and safety requirements.
