Nutraceutical Product Leader - Gummies & Confectionery

Rashi Joshi is seeking a Product Development Technologist to join a leading Australian contract manufacturer in health and wellness. You will lead end-to-end development of nutraceutical gummies and pastilles from concept to commercial production.

You will collaborate with QA, Regulatory, and cross-functional teams, drive pilot trials, scale-up, optimize formulations, and ensure compliance with TGA, FSANZ, cGMP and HACCP.
