Financial Analyst Operations Finance

Financial Analyst with 5–7 years of experience to own financial reporting, cash management, and profitability analysis while also managing day-to-day accounting processes. This is a full-time, on-site position. Relocation assistance is not available.

Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting for senior leadership and capital partners
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and day-to-day accounting
Perform variance analysis, cash flow management, and profitability assessments by product/service
Make data-driven recommendations on pricing and margin improvement
Manage the company credit card program and expense processes
Establish consistent payment terms with customers and suppliers
Leverage Excel, QuickBooks Online, and AI tools (Claude and similar) for analysis, reporting, and process automation
Help implement digitized systems to eliminate manual/paper-based work
Partner closely with operations and the manufacturing floor
5–7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or FP&&A
~ Demonstrated proficiency with Excel, QuickBooks Online, and AI tools (Claude or similar)
~ Strong analytical skills and comfort with complex data sets
