The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics to members across the UK.
• Provide emergency breakdown support, addressing issues from flat batteries to complex faults.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle problems efficiently.
• Offer reassurance and exceptional customer service to members during stressful situations.
• Handle a variety of automotive challenges, ensuring quick and confident solutions.
• Start and finish your shifts from home, managing demand-led workload.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and at least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
• Proven experience in fault diagnostics and mechanical repair.
• Willingness to work demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week with optional overtime.
