SAP HCM Tester / H2R Test Lead
Location: Calgary, AB
Focus: End-to-end SAP HCM and SuccessFactors testing
Testing: SIT, UAT, Integration, Regression, Cutover
SAP Areas: PA/OM, Payroll & Time Management, Employee Central, Recruitment & Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation & Succession
Tools: SAP SolMan / Cloud ALM, JIRA, HP ALM, ADO, Tosca, Worksoft, Panaya
Key Deliverables: Test Strategy, RTM, Test Scenarios/Scripts, Defect Reports, SIT/UAT Sign-off, Test Closure Report
Critical Skills: H2R domain expertise, defect governance, stakeholder management, and test-team leadership.
