Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Kubernetes Administrator with strong On-Premises Kubernetes experience to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise container platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Kubernetes cluster administration, Linux, networking, storage, and troubleshooting in on-prem environments, along with a valid Kubernetes certification.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes Administration experience.
  • Strong experience managing On-Prem Kubernetes environments (VMware, Bare Metal, or OpenShift/Rancher preferred).
  • Experience with production Kubernetes clusters.
  • Install, configure, and administer On-Prem Kubernetes clusters.
  • Perform cluster upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
  • Monitor cluster health and optimize performance.
  • Manage networking, storage, and security configurations.
  • Troubleshoot production incidents and resolve infrastructure issues.
  • Implement backup, recovery, and high availability solutions.
  • Support application deployments using Helm and Kubernetes best practices.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) Mandatory
